Mission

The Redbarn Boutique was founded by a survivor of human trafficking, whose personal experiences with social disparity inspired a mission to support other survivors. The boutique serves as a platform for empowerment, education, and community involvement, offering entrepreneurship opportunities for survivors while raising awareness about human trafficking. 

Values

The Redbarn Boutique values collaboration with purpose-driven professionals and non-profits focused on providing resources and opportunities for individuals overcoming challenges. The commitment to social equity and support for survivors is central to it's operation.

Vision

The vision of the Redbarn Boutique is to grow and expand by hiring survivors of human trafficking and providing employment opportunities for those who have been formerly incarcerated, fostering a community of empowerment and resilience.
